These will require fitting to your buffer tube as these were individually fitted to every weapon. Yes I could of sold these on Auction for a lot more money, but it is not worth the money to give some strangers the chance to buy them, when I could give my own customers the chance, now that is something we like to do here. These show there age in some ways but are in very good condition, its always a good thing I feel that they show there true charchter if you could only Imagine the Awesome Operators that actually used these stocks and some of the best, and finest weapons they were attached to could only give these stocks as much character as you could want, a true piece of Clone History is right here. Typically you only see one or 2 once every year or two, nothing like this ever this is a true rarity. IVE SEEN THEM AS LOW AS 210.00(BECAUSE OF BAD INFO ON A FORUM) AND AS HIGH AS 700.00 EACH. We got really fortunate to grab these when we did, IM proud to offer these to our customers, these are typically priced at around 480.00 or so when they come up.
This was long before they became more than a simple sub injection molding company , they were not what they are today, and some would say this was the start of it ALL for them.
Now For the record the one your going to purchase does have B5 cage coding on the other side but at that time (like 20 years ago) when all this was just setting in, B5 was only an injection molding company so gov required origin mark for quality control, and they supplied the skeleton. The mil issued B5 which differs by having cage code and civilian version is marked with a logo. As time passed LMT was replaced by B5 as the renewal bid was much cheaper. LMT was awarded the contract to produce due to strong relationships within the Government w/ LMT, minor changes were made like latch lever being serrated and tube O rings being made from red silicone, rather than standard black rubber. These were made in house at CRANE and as the demand grew they could no longer produce in volume.
When CRANE designed this stock they used standard M4 levers and latch assemblies, as these items already existed in the Naval Arsenal.
